Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and packed within 2–3 business days.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Require 7–14 business days to handcraft before shipping.
- Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once shipped.
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days.
- Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your handmade jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Packed securely in its original box or pouch.
3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Items purchased on Final Sale.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers cover return shipping costs.
- Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee a refund if the return package is lost in transit.
- Store Error: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover all shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Handmade items naturally have unique variations, but if your jewelry arrives broken or defective, please email us at

48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
