Returns

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • As all products are made to order, customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

  • Manohari does not offer refunds to the original payment method, store credit, or wallet credit.
  • No refund requests will be entertained once an order has been placed.

Damaged Product Replacement

A replacement may be offered only if:

  1. The product has been damaged during transit.
  2. An unboxing video is shared with us showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.
  3. The claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. The claim is verified and approved by the Manohari team.

Replacement Process

  • Only the same product will be replaced.
  • Approved replacement orders will be handcrafted and dispatched as a fresh order.
  • Delivery of the replacement product may take the standard production and shipping timeline of 8+ working days.

Final Decision

Manohari reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after reviewing the evidence submitted.
