Because our jewelry is 100% handmade, slight variations in color, shape, texture, and detailing are completely normal and part of the artisan charm. While we make every effort to display the colors and designs accurately, slight discrepancies may occur due to photography lighting and monitor displays.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and trusted digital wallets. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Since each piece is handcrafted, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
Customs/Duties: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns: We gladly accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings are typically non-returnable unless they arrive defective. Custom or personalized orders are also final sale.
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

6. Jewelry Care Instructions

To preserve the beauty of your handmade pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not in use. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear.
